WCD Expands Services in Southeastern United States, Florida, and the Caribbean
New York, NY May 25, 2017—WCD Group is pleased to announce a significant expansion in the environmental, property, and construction services we offer throughout Florida and in to the Caribbean through a Strategic Alliance with EE&G Holdings, LLC. EE&G is a multi-disciplined environmental consulting firm based in southern Florida. EE&G is a leader in industrial hygiene, environmental consulting, monitoring and testing services, as well as soil/groundwater remediation and lead-based paint/asbestos/mold abatement.
These services support WCD’s environmental risk management, risk engineering, claims response, and litigation support projects. With offices in Miami, Tampa, Melbourne, and Orlando, Florida, and numerous Caribbean project experiences, EE&G expands WCD’s capabilities to provide local support services to our national and international clients.
“With operations currently in North Carolina and key staff in Georgia and Florida, WCD needed ‘boots on the ground’ in this region, especially Florida where we have many clients and projects,” said Wm. Chip D’Angelo, President of WCD. “Our customers deserve a rapid response to property and environmental claims. We can now provide this same-day service, managed, supported, and insured by WCD.”
EE&G has been committed to providing an unrivaled level of service to its clients for more than 30 years. This new association augments and complements the WCD environmental risk management and consulting services to the insurance, real estate, construction, and legal communities. With an expertise in microbiological contamination, asbestos, IAQ, and tank/sub-surface issues, EE&G’s employees are trained, knowledgeable, licensed, and accredited professionals who provide their clients with the best quality and high-value services.
Timothy R. Gipe, President and CEO of EE&G, when asked about the alliance indicated: “EE&G is committed to and excited about our Strategic Alliance with WCD. We firmly believe that the synergies that will evolve from this alliance will result in a higher level of service and advocacy to both EE&G and WCD clients.”
