WCD can evaluate the status of a project involving new construction, site development or renovation. WCD evaluates current design, schedules and budgets as well as regulatory compliance achievements. We evaluate estimates, bids, contracts, and insurance policies, whether the situation involves buildings and indoor air quality, or sites including sub surface issues. WCD first identifies the details of each situation or phase of the project.
For indoor air quality issues, WCD provides complete facility evaluation of “sick building” complaints, including identification of microbial (mold/fungi) growth, particulate, and chemical contamination from indoor or outdoor and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) sources.
