Construction Management

The Construction Management division of WCD brings comprehensive construction industry insight to every project, providing complete remediation and environmental contracting and restoration solutions. We have a unique blend of both construction professionals and environmental experts. While most environmental consulting firms are trained and experienced in environmental science and understand the regulatory submittal process, they lack construction expertise. Conversely, most construction firms are not experienced in environmental remediation, are adverse to the related risks, and are often underinsured. WCD is one of the only firms that provides the marketplace with a total Environmental Construction Management solution, fully integrated, and fully bonded and insured.

WCD’s technically-savvy staff of professionals has extensive experience in coordinating and integrating the investigation and design phases, preparing the design, and preparing the procurement and contract documents. We perform the remediation services in a Design Build capacity, as CM as Agent, or CM at Risk, under a Guaranteed Maximum Price or Pay for Performance contract. We consistently manage all schedules and prepare cost reports using Primavera Enterprise Project Portfolio Management P6. WCD performs systematic Quality Control to ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, and ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget. Our offering is a true turn-key delivery, insured and bonded to $100 million.
