2014 – WCD Group Introduces numΣRical
numΣRical is a sophisticated, multi-disciplinary modeling process developed to assist companies with identifying, analyzing, and managing environmental risk and is the first step in offering tailored solutions for a range of activities and situations.
2013 – WCD Group Rebrands
Following several mergers, strategic alliances, and expansions of services, WCD Group undergoes a complete rebranding, including a new logo and tagline, “For pivotal matters.”
2013 – RND Merger
WCD Group merges with RND Services, Inc. of Nyack, NY. RND is a sophisticated engineering and construction firm specializing in fueling systems, underground and above-ground storage tank compliance programs, and the investigation and remediation of spills and releases associated with the petrochemical and fuel industries.
2012 – Construction Cost Systems, Inc. Strategic Alliance
WCD Group expands its service offerings to Insurance Companies, Real Estate, and Real Estate Development firms via a strategic alliance with Construction Cost Systems, Inc.
2012 – Claims and Litigation Management Alliance
WCD Group’s allegiance with the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance Organization is strengthened through our continued support and presence as a Silver Level sponsor.
2011 – WCD Group and Emteque Merger
Emteque Corporation merges with WCD Group. Commenting on the move Eric Telemaque, President of Emteque, said, “Building on this existing relationship just makes sense for both companies, allowing for rapid integration and sharing of complementary resources, which can only benefit our clients.”
2011 – Expanding Services to the Insurance Industry
WCD Group expands its capabilities, resources, and services to the insurance industry. Expanded services include a 24/7/365 emergency response capability.
2010 – ChemPro LLC Strategic Alliance
A strategic alliance is formed with ChemPro LLC to design and construct a fixed facility utilizing ChemPro technology to address the hexavalent chromium challenges in the Northeast.
2009 – Formation of WCD Capital Partners
WCD forms WCD Capital Partners as entry into Brownfields Redevelopment Marketplace
2009 – Wounded Warrior Project Partnership
WCD partners with non-profit organization Wounded Warrior Project, which is a veterans’ service organization that offers a variety of programs, services, and events for wounded veterans of the military actions following the events of 9/11/2001.
2008 – WCD Group forms the Environmental Claims Center
The WCD Group Environmental Claims Center is formed, staffed by engineering, environmental, legal, and finance professionals. The Center provides support to attorneys, insurance carriers, risk managers, and merger and acquisition professionals.
2008 – WCD Group Reorganizes
WCD Consultants reorganizes resulting in the formation of the WCD Group, LLC and expands into construction management, general contracting, and redevelopment of contaminated properties.
2007 – WCD Merges with The Hoyle Group, LLC
WCD merges with The Hoyle Group, LLC, adding a southern regional office and sophisticated claims and risk management services. Also enhanced are WCD’s hazardous waste and remediation capabilities.
2006 – WCD Merges with Centrenel, Inc
Centrenel is a nationally renowned industry leader in microbiological, indoor air quality, asbestos claims, and litigation support. The merger adds proprietary and sophisticated statistical analysis and modeling software to our capabilities.
2002 – Company Formed
W. N. D’Angelo, Inc. was formed to enter the environmental claims and insurance industries driven by the national panic over potential black mold contamination.
