WCD’s consultants are experts in indoor air quality, site remediation, building defects (mold), and hazardous materials management and disposal.
WCD offers services in three areas: Situation Analysis and Site Assessment, Claims Consulting and Dispute Management, and Remediation Project Management and Resolution Services. The company’s turn-key expertise in examining and assessing contaminants, understanding legal, regulatory, and economic risks and liabilities, and in reviewing and developing economically sound project plans for remediation and construction, make them invaluable to their customers. During our five-year history, we have established ourselves as “trusted advisors” to some of the largest legal, insurance and construction entities in the United States.
WCD Consultants is built around the tested experience of our senior consultants—the technical and business experience of our consultants exceeds 25 years each. Most of them have been providing solutions to the industrial, real estate and construction industries for more than 35 years. WCD’s collective market experience exceeds 200 years.
A common role for WCD on a project is providing Project Management Oversight services. If the project is troubled, behind schedule or over budget, WCD provides Remediation Management and Trouble Project Turn-Around solutions. If claims or litigation is present, WCD provides claims support and resolution services.
